He is survived by: his parents, Brent Dvorak and Tonja Kinsey; his siblings, Christopher Tassler, Kobe Swier of Sioux Falls, Kaetlin Grovenburg of Sioux Falls and Madison Davis of Rosemont, MN.; his grandparents, Raymond, Diane Carter of Watertown, SD, Steve, Chris Dvorak of Spearfish, SD, Shirley Kinsey of Sioux Falls, Howard and Diana Swier of Baltic, SD; his great-grandparent Darleen Dvorak of Rapid City, SD.; and his uncles, John (Darcy Dvorak), Steve (Kari Carter), Bruce Carter of Rapid City, SD, Jim Ruby of Watertown, SD and Nick (Stacey Hanly). He is also survived by great aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.
