He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Mike DeJonge (Christie) of Sioux Falls, SD and Jeanne Kleeb (Lynn) of Lincoln, NE; his grandchildren, Denyce Buettner (Kiley), Brent DeJonge (Chelsea), Drew McLean (Emily), Missy Bludau (Jason), Mikaela Hellevang (Brandon) and Tyler Kleeb; and his great grandchildren, Braden, Ian, Mason, Everly, Casen, Collins, Meyer, Harris, Breck and Lennan.
