She was predeceased by: her parent Magda Ostraat (Ostebo); her husband Charles "Chuck"; her parent Soren Ostraat; her siblings, Johan, Opal Schneiderman, Evelyn Wierenga and Elaine Thompson; and her goddaughter Sharon Schaefer (Schneiderman).
She is survived by: her children, Ronald "Ron" Claussen of Sioux Falls, SD and Sandra "Sandi" Jaspers (Terry) of Sisseton, SD; her granddaughters, Anna Kwon (Sang) of Sioux Falls, SD, Sara Jaspers (John Nieters) of St. Louis, MO, Erin Koeppe (Mike) of Oxbow, ND and Lisa Jaspers of Aberdeen, SD; and her great grandchildren, Jaeden Wethington, Jensen, Taeyon Kwon of Sioux Falls, SD, Emilynn, Cade and Tessa Koeppe of Oxbow, ND..
