He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Warwick and Dorothy Warwick (Klein); his granddaughter Lillian Warwick; and his brother Brad Warwick. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Christensen; his children, Matthew Warwick (Jackie) of Lansing and Jessie Bergman (Scott) of Elkhorn, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Allie Bergman, Evan Bergman and Anders Warwick; and his siblings, Sandy Rhode (Marv) of Wentworth, SD and Dennis Warwick (Carol) of Sioux Falls, SD.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, in-laws and friends.
