Van Horn Jr. of Yankton, SD, Kenneth Van Horn (Marie) of Manchester, NH, Brian Van Horn of Manchester, NH, Anthony Van Horn of Centerville, SD, Stephen Van Horn (Jen) of Sioux Falls, SD, Sherri Cade (Josh) of River Falls, WI and Lynn Blake (Sean) of Aurora, NE; her daughter-in-law Jeanette Van Horn of O'Neill, NE; her niece Nicole Murray of Manchester, NH; and her sisters, Linda Picard of New Boston, NH and Nancy Bothwick of Manchester, NH. She was also cherished by 20 great-grandchildren, sister, aunt and friend.
