We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2019, at the age of 55, Shelly Ann Hammer (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), born in Vermillion, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Frank, Kathryn Flanagan, Anton and Dorothy Kuhle; her father-in-law Stanley Hammer; and her cousin Anita Ackerman.

She is survived by: her parents, Ralph Flanagan and Donna Flanagan (Kuhle); her husband Bryan J. Hammer, MD of Sioux Falls, SD; her children, Reagan Hammer (Heide) of Sioux Falls, SD, Lauren Hammer of Sioux Falls, SD, Collin Hammer of Sioux Falls, SD, Kathryn Hammer of Sioux Falls, SD and Bryce Hammer of Sioux Falls, SD; her sisters, Kelly Woldt of Sioux Falls, SD and Jennifer Flanagan (Clay Rogers) of Omaha, NE; and her mother-in-law Delores Hammer of Flandreau, SD. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
