Sharon Walters Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Walters of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Deadwood, South Dakota, who passed away on April 7, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Almond Vandarwarka and Lucille Vandarwarka (Kriniger); her children, Cecil Ness of Sioux Falls, SD, Cathey Luethke (Bradley) of Lincoln, NE and Scott Walters; her siblings, Vivian Steele (Jeff), Alfred Vandarwarka (Jan), Tina Sargent, Linda Schmidt and Kevin Vandarwarka (Sally); her stepfather Edward Kraii; and her brothers-in-law, Lyle Sargent and Ernest Schmidt. She was also cherished by several loving nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid concerns, a private family service will be held at a later date.
