It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Ellen Hoover Kinsinger (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), who passed away on August 22, 2019, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Roy Hoover. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Hoover; her husband Mitch Kinsinger; her sons, Graham (Rachel), Morgan of Des Moines, IA and Stefan of Sioux Falls, SD; and her sisters, Sue Michaels, Joanne Simon and Heidi DeGraff.
