It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Elaine (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), born in Lennox, South Dakota, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elroy Bossman and Evelyn Bossman; her husband Russ Poppens; her brother Larry Bossman (Maxine); her siblings-in-law, Don Bogaards, Milton Poppens and Faye Bossman; and her nephews, Kelly Kuper and Torin Bossman.
She is survived by: her daughter Paige Conley (Russell); her grandchildren, Nate and Amelia of Hurst, Texas; her son Jason Poppens (Carol); her grandchildren, Hannah Decker (Matt) and Charlie Poppens; her daughter Tanya Matzen (Bruce); her grandchildren, Morgan and Pierce; her daughter Shannon Evans (Terry); her grandchildren, Tanner and Zach of Warner; her siblings, Carol Bogaards (Don), Virginia Miller (John), Mary Kuper (Wayne), Duane Bossman (Deb) and Paul Bossman (Karen); and her sister-in-law Maxine Bossman.
