It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Edith Werner of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johann Garn and Ida Garn (Preuss); her daughter Karin Hartje (Gary); her niece Irene; her grandson Doug Funke; her great grandchild Zoey; and her brother Harry (Elizabeth Garn).
She is survived by: her husband Helmut Werner; her daughters, Edith Bonnett (Richard) and Barbara Funke (Richard) of Brandon, SD; and her siblings, Herbert Garn (Fran) of Middleton, WI and Ellen Weber (David) of Lake Geneva, WI.
