It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann (Bak) Ewoldt of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on April 20, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Bak and Anine Bak (Mikkelsen); her daughter Andrea; her son-in-law Rick Adams of Mesa; her grandson Chase Adams (Emily) of Mesa; her nephew Rick; her friends, Elaine Tatge, Linda Bruns and Ruth Pliska; and her sisters-in-law, Elsie Bak and Elaine Bak.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 12:30 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church (327 S Dakota Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57102). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Rest Cemetery (3808 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103).
