It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell James Lowell of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on October 1, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lowell and Gertrude Lowell. He is survived by: his wife Susan Martin; his daughter Jennifer Agren (Andy) of Hooper, UT; his grandchildren, Austin Agren (Katrina) of Roy, UT, Preston Agren, Ashley and Ali Agren; and his sisters, Myra Feay (Larry) and Cheryl Murfield (Gary) of Sioux Falls.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Children's Inn.
