He is survived by: his wife Lillian Blanchard of Sioux Falls; his children, Brian Blanchard (Susan) of Durango, CO, Bobbie Ramm of Sioux Falls and Bruce Blanchard of Sioux Falls; his grandson Ben Ramm (Sammi) of Sioux Falls; his great grandchildren, Alex Enget and John Kenneth Ramm; and his brother Arden Blanchard of Nelson, NE..
Memorials may be made to the El Riad Shrine Transportation Fund or Sunnycrest Methodist Church.
