He was predeceased by: his father Donald Moulton; and his stepmother Violet E. Moulton (Gronseth). He is survived by: his mother Beverly Callison of Sioux Falls; and his brothers, Gary Moulton, Bob Moulton and Mark Moulton (Liza). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Russ worked in the food service industry at several places around Sioux Falls including the Brandon Steakhouse, until the Covid outbreak in 2020.
