He is survived by: his grandchildren, O'Gorman Lake, Dominos Lake and Blanche Lake; his wife Mary Jo; his children, Mary Beth Hommes (Jim), Dona Schallenkamp (Harlan Krueger), Amy Isaacson, Josephine Schallenkamp and Steve Schallenkamp (Jan); his grandchildren, Maggie (Matt), Stephanie (Cory), Anthony (Amanda), Michaelin, Jim (Fallon), John, Josh (Jill), Jen (Craig), Luke (Monica), Chris (Kelsey), Ryan (Kaitlyn), Danny, Mike, Agnes, Matt, Abby and James; his siblings, Lloyd (Mary), Bob (Judy), Eileen, Marge and Ernie; his brothers-in-law, George Fischette, Ken Byington and Gerry Bunkers; and his grandson Devin.
