He is survived by: his son Tim Cole (Kelley); his grandsons, Sam Cole of Boston, MA and Ben Cole of Longmont, CO; his close friend Polly Etzel; his siblings, Carol Groth (Darwin) of Rock Valley, IA, Jim Cole (Judy) of Hudson, SD and Becky Burchett (Roy) of Claremont, CA.; and also, Joel Lenz (Chris), Sara Schafer (John), Tyler Lenz, Will and Jack Schafer.
