He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie and Ida; his brothers, Darwin, Obed and Paul Hindbjorgen; his sister-in-law Audrey Hindbjorgen; his daughters-in-law, Rose Benson and Gloria Weber; his parents-in-law, Archie and Doris Nicola; and his brother-in-law Merlyn Nicola.
He is survived by: his wife Marlys Nicola of Sioux Falls; his children, Randy of Sioux Falls, Brad of Sioux Falls, Dan (Beth) of Sioux Falls, Betty of Sioux Falls, Marilyn Koepsell (Randy) of Chanhassen, MN, Donna Stole (Scott) of Minnetrista, MN, Kathy McBeth (Doug) of Sioux Falls and Carol Lauer (Dave) of Salem, SD; his brother Loren (Arlene); and his sisters-in-law, Joanne Hindbjorgen, Lola Hindbjorgen and Laura Nicola. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
