He is survived by: his wife Annette Simonton; his daughter Julie Vanderzee of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Joey Kriese (Nina Bookman), Annie Palder (Spencer), Moorhead, Danielle Numanovic (Miki), Chesapeake, Spencer Paulsen (Jessica), Benjamin Vanderzee of Sioux Falls, SD and Misty Rawls (Kendrick) of Sioux Falls, SD; his great grandchildren, Cleric, Keaton, Graham, Hazel, Sylvan, Senad, Semina, Ava, Stella, Connor, Hadleigh, Cornelius, Keontay, Nevayah, Kingston and Maverick; his sister-in-law Corrine Soyland of Sioux Falls, SD; his nephews, Ronnie Soyland (Sandy), Kelly Soyland (Linda) and Billy Soyland (Lynn); and his niece Kari Wiley (Bart).
