He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Meyer and Bena Meyer (Stratmeyer); his wife Diana Namanny; and his siblings, Amos (Lillian), Elmer (Ella), Gladys Meyer, Theda Ritter (Frederick), Sylvia May (George) and Marcene Walker (David).
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Knight of Tea, SD, Randy Meyer of Sioux Falls, Corby Meyer (Nicole) of Sioux Falls, SD and Nikki Meyer of Des Moines, IA; and his grandchildren, Chad Meyer (Jill), Chris Knight (Amy), Carrie Knight, Alex Geer, Valerie Meyer, Connor Meyer, Jeremiah Geer and Elliot Kehrwald. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
