He is survived by: his children, Rodney Maurice Smart of Garretson, SD, Randy Smart (Dawn) of Rapid City, SD and Robin Christensen (Russ) of Sebastian, FL; and his siblings, Terry Smart (Kris) of Lyons, SD, Maureen Eide of Dell Rapids, SD and Sheryl DeRose (Gary) of Corning, NY.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
