He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Olinger and Eva Olinger (McQuisten); and his brother Verne. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff, Kevin Olinger (Lacey) of Tea, SD, Scott Olinger (Trista) of Sioux Falls, SD, Jeffrey Olinger (Molly) of Tea, SD and Mark Olinger (River) of Hartford, SD; his grandchildren, Carter, Madeline, Silas, Sawyer, Charlotte and Westley; and his siblings, Lila, Kenneth, Donna, Vicki and Don.
