He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Young and Margaret Young (Bachman); his wife Diane Skola (Skola); his siblings, Dorothy Johnson (Merrill), Don Young, Joyce Larson (Myron), Marge Hansen and Larry Young; and his son-in-law Chad Garrow.
He is survived by: his brother George Young (LaVonne); his children, David Young (Georgina), Steven Young (Pamela), Jerilyn Fox (Larry) and Melissa Garrow; and his siblings-in-law, Dione Young, Corinne Young and Richard Skola. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
