He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhoda Caroline (Petersen) and Robert Henry Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Scott Lewis (Lisa), Michele Schuldt (Brian) and Adam Lewis (Heidi); his grandchildren, Marian, Ada, Eliza, Kathleen, Leah, Andy, Anna, Halle and Johnny; his sister Nancy Domino (Larry); his brother-in-law John Schmidt; his nephews, Greg and Brian Domino; and his niece Thresa Goldfuss.
