He is survived by: his wife Theresa Puthoff; his daughters, Sarah Clark (Joey) of Sioux Falls, SD and Kim Peterson of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Ashley, Angie and Tommy Clark; his former wife Theresa Peterson of Sioux Falls, SD; and his sisters, Julie Cook (Terry) of Sioux Falls, SD and Tammy Lehner (Gerry) of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
