It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. Frager (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), who passed away on October 27, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Veeser and Cecile Frager Veeser (Hilmer); his wife Mavis A. Witt; and his great grandchild Braxton Wermers. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Schlisner (Graydon), Roxy Saufley (Steve) and Vicki Helwig (Randy); his grandchildren, Michelle Bursing, Scott Schlisner, Nolan Saufley and Erica Saufley; his great grandchildren, Ryan Schlisner, Chandler Bursing, Callie Bursing, Nolan Saufley Jr., Reid Saufley, Ella Schlisner, Grady Schlisner and Leah Schlisner; his great great grandchild Mackenzie Wermers; and his brother Ronnie.
