It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Frank Horner of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on April 8, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Horner and Mildred S. Horner (Shriver). He is survived by: his brother Ray Horner (Jean) of Bella Vista, AR; and his nephews, John, Jamie and Anthony Horner.
