He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Kristi. He is survived by: his wife Jane Kishlock; his sons, Bob and Mike; his grandchildren, Josh, Dennis, Deidre and Andrew; and his great grandchildren, Garrison, Lola, Merric, Ayden, Mason, Jett and Ariya.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
