It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Christianson (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), born in Coteau, North Dakota, who passed away on May 3, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Christianson and Ella Christianson (Zwingelberg); and his siblings, Ronald Christianson and Ardyce Folkerts. He is survived by: his friend Mary Lou Berg; his wife Mary Lou; his children, Sonya (Tony Hansen), Bob and Eric (Gloria); his grandchildren, Wynn (Gwen Hansen), Derick, David, Sarah, Rachel Christianson and Andy Christianson; and also Leone Christianson.
In lieu of flowers, and to honor Bob's memory, since he always put others before himself, the family would like that memorials be directed to two of his favorite charities: Gideon's International or Samaritan's Purse (Box 3000, Boone NC, 28607) Robert Lyle Christianson was born in Coteau, North Dakota on February 23, 1933.
