He was predeceased by: his father David Collins; his grandson Joseph Collins; his sister-in-law Joan Kautz; and his parents-in-law, Herbert and Catherine Dohman.
He is survived by: his mother Lillian Collins (West) of Sioux Falls; his wife Donna Dohman of Sioux Falls; his sons, Eric Collins (Trisha) of Trent, Mark Collins (Tammy) of Sioux Falls and Tim Collins (Kim) of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Carly, Ashton, Lena, Violet, Devin, Tana and Micah; his great grandchild Oliver; his sisters, Teresa Mancuso (Tim) of Sioux Falls, Millie Doyle (Todd) of Sioux Falls, Beth Danis (Jim) of Epping, NH, Tammy Collins (Donna Menzia) of Sioux Falls and Jamie Larson (Brad) of Sioux Falls; and his siblings-in-law, Marlys Mardian (Wayne) of Aberdeen, Sally Haring (David) of Arlington, VA, Bruce Dohman of Pierre and Charles Dohman of Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
