He is survived by: his children, High Task Force of Washington, McCrossan, Ranch, Downtown Rotary, Mark Westhoff (Betsy) of Chicago, IL, Douglas Westhoff (Jane) of Paradise Valley, AZ and Jane Westhoff of Winnetka, IL; and his grandchildren, James Westhoff (Kelsey), William Westhoff, Matthew Westhoff, Laura Westhoff, Gregory Demakos and Kit Demakos. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
