He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Tamblyn and Madelyne Tamblyn; his siblings-in-law, Michael Pick and Lynda Tamblyn; and his nephew William Gullickson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Gullickson (Allan) of Sioux Falls, SD, Thomas Tamblyn of Abilene, TX and Cindy Pick of Sioux Falls, SD; and his nephews, Todd Gullickson, Mark Gullickson, Richard T. Tamblyn, David Brown, John Maggoire, Mark Lavender and James Agnew. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews; and many more great nieces and nephews.
