He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Moe and Hazel Moe; and his sister Luci. He is survived by: his pet Gina; his daughters, Megan and Michelle; his siblings, David and Brenda; and his brother-in-law Tom (Donna). He is also survived by his cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; and many close friends.
After high school at Coon Rapids Senior High, Rick worked and also enlisted in the Army Reserves, where he received a Certificate of Achievement for his contribution to the army and our country.
