He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Eaves and Erma Eaves (Wheeler); and his brothers, Duane, Lawrence Jr. and Robert Eaves.
He is survived by: his siblings, Doug Eaves (Christy) of California, Daniel Eaves of California, Mark Eaves of California, Steve Eaves of Florida, Suzanne "Sam" McLoud of Penn Yan and Cindy Eaves of Canandaigua. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
