He is survived by: his wife Arlene Puepke; his daughters, Cheryl Banks (Bill) and Sandra Sprouse (Dale); his grandchildren, Amy Sprouse Parker (Bryan), Matt Sprouse (Sena) and Chad Banks (Amy); his great grandchildren, Dylan Barnes (Kali), Madalynn Banks, Lauren Parker, Jackson Parker, Hensley Sprouse, Victor Bebe, Emily Smith and Hennessey Graham; his siblings, Joe Hofer (Lucille), Violet Schaeffer and Ray Hofer (Shirley); and his siblings-in-law, Norman Puepke (Mary), Lyle Puepke and Doris Tiede. He is also survived by many nieces, nephew and cousins.
