It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Armstrong (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), born in Anniston, Alabama, who passed away on December 31, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lloyd Weeg and Beverly Weeg; her husband David Armstrong of Sioux Falls; her children, Heather Carda of Sioux Falls and Joshua Carda (Tomoko) of Sioux Falls; her granddaughters, Makayla Gullickson, Sofia, Seiran and Scarlett Carda; her siblings, Debbie Franssens (David) of Sioux Falls, Jim Weeg (Grace) of Sioux Falls, Forrest Weeg (Lynelle) of Tea and Matthew Weeg (Erika); and her former husband Gary Carda. She was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
