It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Tuttle of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyal John and Irene Tuttle (Mihm); and his siblings, Jack Tuttle (Elena), Joe Tuttle (Joanne) and Denise.

He is survived by: his wife Dianna Dowell of Sioux Falls; his children, William Martin Tuttle (Denise) of Sioux Falls, Joseph Daniel Tuttle (Jennifer) of Las Vegas, NV and Kimberly Dianne Melillo (Tony Ray) of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Shelby Ray Melillo (Anna) of Sioux Falls, Sydney Layne Tuttle of Sioux Falls, William Joseph Tuttle of Las Vegas, Devon Ray Melillo of Sioux Falls and Jourdan Shaye Tuttle; and his sister Shirley Tidwell of Boulder City, NV..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to a local charity of you choice involving animals or pet rescue.
