He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Bethke and Delores Bethke (Hage); and his brothers, Glenn and Gerry. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Brandi McCuen (Anthony), Derek Johnson (Stephanie) and Jessica Rahm (Grant); his grandchildren, Graeyson, Baereht, Morgan, Hannah, Ava and Aspen; and his brother Robert Bethke (Allene). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
