He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Scoular and Ruth Scoular; and his wife Hazel. He is survived by: his sons, Jim Scoular (Ann) and Bill Scoular (Ching); his grandchildren, Jamie Scoular (Sarah), Jeff Scoular (Libby), Jennifer Bryant and Jacqui Meadors (Rob); and his siblings, Gene Scoular (Barbara) and Marlene Uhrig (Jim). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Family and friends attending the service are required to wear a mask and observe social distancing.
