He is survived by: his children, Douglas Herron (Mary) and Debbie Lehfeld; his daughter-in-law LaVonda Herron; his grandchildren, Tamara Bosco (Douglas Herron Jr.), Marc Herron (Julie Lyn Powers), Lauren Baker (Brian) and Lindsay Robison (Luke); and his siblings-in-law, Luella Pontier, Willodean Pontier, Janis Herron and Alex Pontier.
