He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Dybdahl and Gyda Dybdahl (Tonsager); his siblings, Roland, Myron, Jerome and Avis; and his brother-in-law Dale.
He is survived by: his spouse Gail Bortnem; his grandchildren, Brenda Aman (Les), Drew, Mitchell of Gayville, SD, Valerie Wilhelm (Kim), Morgan, McKenzie, Brad Dybdahl, Kaitlyn, MaRena, Braden, Bethany of Sioux Falls, SD, Vicki Huitt, Blaine, Bryce of Sioux Falls, SD, Becky Weber (Bill), Treyton and Taya of Marshall, MN; his siblings, Vern (Marlys) of Tyler, MN and Ila Blanchard of Big Lake, MN; and his siblings-in-law, Russ Bortnem (Laura) of Volga, SD, Rick Bortnem (Deb) of Volga, SD and Rinda Ribstein (Randy) of Bruce, SD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
