He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Arendt and Florence Arendt (Bohling); his wife Darlien; and his brother Robert Arendt. He is survived by: his children, Gary Arendt (Ann), Sioux and Susan May; his friend Dean Melius of Hartford, SD; his grandchildren, Logan Arendt (Elisabeth Demmer), Janaiya Arendt and Ethan May; his friend Taya Larsen; his sister Geraldine Boudreau of Wellington, FL; and also, Cody May and Dylan May.
