He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond and Jeannette; and his siblings, Gina Richard and Daniel Richard. He is survived by: his wife Julee; his children, Francis Richard (Evain), Mia Macpherson (Jamie), Kitchener and Ontario; his stepsons, Jason Rowe (Lacey) of Harrisburg, SD and Frank Hutchinson (De) of Brandon, SD; and his grandchildren, Ian, Eric, Laurent, Arnaud, Meliane, Aaron, Finn, Kaden, Lucas, Jacob and Kaydee.
