She was predeceased by: her parents, William Breen and Myrtle Breen (Rolland); and her husband Harry. She is survived by: her sons, David, Mark, Timothy and Thomas; her siblings, Shirley Johnson (Kent) of River Falls and Jerry Breen (Joyce) of River Falls; her great grandchildren, Dave (Donna, family: Jessica Rutten, Noah, Izabel, Haley, Kiley, Aaron, Anders, Greta, James, Teddy, William, Andrew, Ruby, Isla, Mark) of Sioux Falls, Jonas and Charlie (family: Meghan Vasgaard, Madelyn, Henry, Katherine, Abraham, Zach, Flannery, Harper, Willa, Lucy, Wendell, Tom, Isaac, Emory, Anna Schmitt); and also Gerald.
In lieu of flowers, Phyl requested memorials be directed to the Rolland/Breen Memorial Scholarship Fund at Augustana University, 2001 S. Summit Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57197.
