He was predeceased by: his parents, Engelbert Pickart and Elizabeth Pickart (Bigge); and his wife Lee. He is survived by: his children, Ann Hall (James) of Highlands Ranch, CO, Jon Pickart (Deanna), Sioux Falls and Mark Pickart (Jodi); his grandchildren, Allison Raschke, Kelsey and Nicholas Pickart; and his brother Joseph Pickart (Marcella) of Corsica, SD. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
