He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bertha Horner and Peter Horner; his daughters, Emily Ochoa (David), Annie Taylor (John) and Kelly Rausch (Jason); and his grandchildren, Ophelia Ochoa, Evangeline Ochoa, Abby Taylor, Kate Taylor and Max Taylor. He was also cherished by his brothers and sisters, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
