He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bangasser and Mary Bangasser (Scanlan); his son Daniel Paul; his siblings, Joseph (Edna), Bernard, Donald (Mary Ann), Eugene, Elmer and Loretta Karsten; and his brothers-in-law, Mervin Weber and Patrick Marks.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Bangasser (Lori), Susan Carlson (Randy) and Lisa Hellevang (Gary); his grandchildren, Jaden, Jared Carlson, Abbey Hellevang, Daniel, Bryce and Brooklyn Bangasser; his sisters, Rita Temple (Harlan) and Ruth Marks; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Bangasser, Marilyn Bangasser and Mary Beth Bangasser. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
