He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Mills and Lucille Mills (Kult); his parents-in-law, John and Germaine Moore (Hendrick); his granddaughter Abby Mills; his brother Richard (Patricia); and his nephew Jay Moore.

He is survived by: his wife Karen (Moore); his children, Brigette Hoffelt (Garth) and Joshua Mills; his grandchildren, Sarah, Jack Hoffelt, Jocelyn and Presten Mills; his sister Connie Peterson (Doug); and his siblings-in-law, John Moore (Diane) and Kathy Moore (Steve Falon). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, cherished friends.

In lieu of flowers, Pat's wishes were for donations to be made to Dougherty House Hospice Program or any charity of choice.
