He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles "Diz" and Gertrude Gustaf (Fleming); his spouse Deona Gustaf (Dee); his children, Bryan (Angie), Karlee Bathke (Ryan), Marne (Jenn) and Erin; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Isabella, Oliver, Tayten and Zoey; his siblings, Dick (Nancy), Jean Gustaf, Susan Kenyon (Rich) and JoAnn Leibrecht (Jim); his child Deona Gustaf (Dee); his brother Mike; and his children, Gregory and Emily. He was also cherished by his parents and siblings, cousins, aunts and uncles.
