He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Judy Schmidt; his children, Patrick Schmidt Jr. (Heather) and Krista Gulde (John Tibbs); his stepdaughter Tammy Doan (Diep); his grandchildren, Aidan, Brady Schmidt, McKenzie, Rylee Gulde, Jace and Jocelyn Doan; his great grandchild Hadli Kilzer; his sister Betty Ann Rambur (Don DeHayes); his brother-in-law Stephen Rambur; his nephews, Abraham Rambur (Archil Eisenhart) and William Patrick Rambur; and his niece Shawna Rambur (Michael Iula). He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
