She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Glover Crotwell; and her parent Brig. She is survived by: her sister Pamela Smith of San Jose, CA.; her significant other Lt. Richard Crotwell; her siblings, Henry Smith III of Tustin, CA and Penelope Smith of Onida, SD; her children, Patrica Crotwell Leiferman (Ron) of Atlanta, GA and Lars Peter Crotwell (Amanda) of Tulsa, OK; and her grandchildren, Anna Katherine Crotwell and Andrew Peter Crotwell of Tulsa, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will plan for a memorial service at a time and place in the future when conditions make travel safer for family, friends, and loved ones.
In lieu of flowers, Patricia may be honored with memorials to The Banquet or Feeding South Dakota in Sioux Falls, SD or by donating children's books to the Sully County Library in Onida, SD.
